The mysterious purple girl

I have been asked a few times about this mysterious girl in the illustration. Who is her? Why the bowl of noodles? What are the orange discs?
Firstly, she is real. Her name is Maria and she is a cute shy girl. She hides in her long hair with purple highlights when somebody talks to her in the office.
She is all kindness, she is all silence. She gives to others all her generosity with cute little cards and sweets. Never heard of a louder voice from her, not even in the most stressful moments; never saw a loud laugh either.
Her favourite food? No need to explain much: a bowl of noodles from Wasabi is her addiction. Well that and the Thai spicy crackers.
Her personality captivated me and that's the aim of this illustration: to catch you in this enigmatic air of shyness and magic.
